If you are employed and want to benefit from EPF's online services then this news is for you. In fact, in recent years, nearly every PF-related service has been made online by the EPFO organisation, which manages the amount of employee PF.

If you are an EPFO subscriber in such a situation, you will no longer need to fill in the offline form for services such as PF Transfer and PF Claim or Partial Withdrawal if you change business. You don't need to visit the PF bureau or your old office for this. It does require, however, that your UAN is activated and that your KYC documents are linked to your UAN.

To avail EPF’s Online Services, it is necessary to link these three documents :-

  • Aadhaar

  • Pan Card

  • Account Number Linking these documents is most important for PF Transfer, PF Withdrawal, PF Claim.

This process of linking these documents First, go to the Portal for Unified Members. Log in via UAN and password. Also, go to the Manage section after logging in. Click on the KYC option here. Now choose Bank, PAN and Aadhaar. In the given column fill in the document number, name and other information, and save it.

After this the current company or the old company will approve this information. The Department of Income Tax can verify your Aadhaar while UIDAI is PAN. After verification, you will see the status below when you click on KYC again.

Keep these things in mind Additional care must be taken when filling in the bank account information, because at the end of the day the amount of PF has to come into your account. Therefore, when entering the bank account number and IFSC number, you should check the information given over.

It is important to correctly enter the same information about Aadhaar and PAN, because if the information is found to be wrong in the verification, you may face further problems.
